Let your career thrive with Volt Volt has an immediate opening for a Forklift/Warehouse Associate for a local food distribution organization in Santa Rosa, Ca. As a Forklift/Warehouse Associate, you will: Loading and unloading trucks Receiving inventory Accurately picking customer orders using RF Scanner Replenishing picking lanes with finished goods for quick accessibility Accurately building, shrink wrapping, stickering, and staging pallets Weighing and documenting pallets, orders, and inventory Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse Reporting any damage or repairs needed to major equipment like pallet jack, forklift, etc.
Ability to work overtime Preferred Skills & Qualifications 2+ year of warehouse experience, Forklift certification a plus Electric and stand-up forklifts (will train on stand-up) Manual and electric pallet jacks RF Scanner experience Ability to lift 50lbs, carry, push, pull, kneel, twist, stoop, among other movements Ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment Hard working and team oriented Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Must feel comfortable in a warehouse environment including noise and food smells with varying temperature including a walk/drive-in refrigeration room This is a Full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
