Strong hands-on experience with Swift and iOS development . Experience building and shipping real iOS applications using Swift. Strong understanding of SwiftUI / UIKit , iOS architecture, APIs and mobile development best practices. Prior experience building a consumer-facing app is a major plus. Someone who can take complete ownership of the iOS application and work independently from 0 → 1 .
Strong product and UX mindset - you care about how the product feels, not just whether the code works. Ability to work with APIs, authentication, notifications, analytics, backend integrations and other core mobile infrastructure. Comfortable making technical and product decisions in an early-stage environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to figure things out independently. Attention to performance, scalability, reliability and overall app quality.
