Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience or those looking to build a career within the aerospace industry. Key DutiesPour and handle molten metal safely. Move and process heavy castings. Work in a high-temperature foundry environment. Wear specialist PPE, including fire-resistant clothing. Follow strict health, safety, and quality procedures.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Work as part of a skilled team producing world-class aerospace components. Shift PatternMonday to Friday rotating shifts:6:00am 1:30pm1:00pm 8:30pm8:30pm 6:00am (includes 3 hours guaranteed overtime each night)RequirementsEnjoy practical, hands-on work. Good physical stamina and comfortable with manual handling. Ability to work safely in a hot industrial environment.
Reliable with a strong work ethic. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern. Previous manufacturing or foundry experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided. What We Offer£16.28 per hour ( £31,746 per annum ).Weekly pay. Guaranteed overtime with enhanced rates of £18.83-£28.32 per hour .Paid breaks. Temporary to permanent opportunity.
