Working closely with stakeholders across the business and Finance teams, you'll ensure our financial plans are robust, forward-looking, and aligned to our long-term vision. What you'll be doing Supporting the delivery of the annual budget, medium-term plans, and forecasting processes Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing clear, actionable insights Running scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and evaluate new opportunities Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality Partnering with stakeholders to bring clarity to financial performance and future outlooks A qualified accountancy background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets Experience in FP&A, forecasting, and performance analysis A solid understanding of financial services concepts such as balance sheet, capital and liquidity The ability to translate complex data into compelling insights and clear narratives A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence At Principality, belonging isn't just a value - it's how we work.
