The group is currently home to a population of over 6,500 full-time students with around 2000 adult learners and students on higher education programmes.

We have over 1,500 apprentices where we work with over 850 individual employers. This role would be ideal for you if you are a customer focused individual with a strong interest and experience in the educational environment. The purpose is to assist with the completion of application and enrolment documentation by students, employees or other relevant parties. Main duties of the post holder: To assist with the completion of application and enrolment documentation by students, employees or other relevant parties Provide an efficient, polite and welcoming reception service to students, staff and visitors of the college Undertake reception duties in accordance with the needs of the department, including telephone and in person enquiries, issuing temporary passes, logging absence calls, cashing up the till and other day to day issues.

To assist with welcome events, open evenings and other internal and external events in accordance with the direction of Customer Services Manager Required Skills and Experience: Is educated to level 3 standard together with a customer services or business administration qualification. Experience of working in a role with a track record for providing an excellent customer experience. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with all college users in a polite but assertive manner.
