Full-time bar & waiting team - Bournemouth Bar & Waiting Team Member We are recruiting for experienced full-time bar and waiting team members to join us at the Libertine in Westbourne. Ideal applicants should have extensive experience within a fast paced premium environment, good knowledge of beers, wines and spirits would be an advantage, as well as having worked within a full table service setting.
We always recruit for the long term, and unlike many other businesses we are very busy in the autumn & winter. Our Christmas period is our busiest time year, and as a full-time employee you will be expected to be available throughout this time. This could include Christmas Day and New Years Eve etc. So please bare this in mind before you apply. These roles are full-time with contracted hours of 30-35 per week, although you can work more if available, and they will include evenings & weekends.
