The role involves caring for high-acuity patients, including those supported by ECMO, LVADs, and post-transplant care. Schedule & Details Night shifts: 7p–7a (paid for 40 hours) Rotating weekends & holidays, no call 2–3 month credentialing process Competitive pay plus 8% medical center differential Partial relocation package ($1,000–$5,000 based on mileage) Must-Haves AGACNP certification Texas APRN license National board certification in specialty BLS and ACLS 2+ years of nursing experience in cardiology/critical care (RN or NP) Preferred Experience with heart failure populations ICU NP/RN background in cardiac surgery recovery, fresh transplants, LVADs/ECMO
