We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative, patient-focused healthcare practice in Bronx, NY . This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a long-term position providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients • Perform physical examinations and routine health assessments • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions • Develop individualized treatment and care plans • Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and cardiovascular disease • Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies • Provide preventive care, screenings, and health counseling • Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation • Collaborate with nurses, APPs, specialists, and other healthcare professionals Qualifications: • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Board Certified or Board Eligible • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training preferred • Active or eligible New York State medical license • DEA registration or eligibility • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to patient-centered care Working Hours: • Full-Time opportunity • Primarily weekday/daytime hours • Outpatient primary care setting • Schedule details to be discussed during the interview Skills: • Primary care and preventive medicine • Acute and chronic disease management • Patient assessment and diagnosis • Treatment planning • Clinical decision-making • Patient education and counseling • EMR/EHR documentation • Excellent communication and teamwork
