We are seeking 2 Full-Time Primary Care Physicians (MD/DO) to join a well-established healthcare practice in Brooklyn, NY . This is an excellent opportunity for physicians interested in providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient environment. Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients • Conduct routine physical examinations and health assessments • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions • Develop individualized treatment and care plans • Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies • Manage conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and other chronic diseases • Provide preventive care, screenings, and health counseling • Coordinate referrals to specialists when needed • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation • Collaborate with nurses, APPs, specialists, and other healthcare professionals Qualifications: • MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Board Certified or Board Eligible • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine training preferred • Eligible for or active New York medical license • DEA registration or eligibility • Strong clinical and communication skills • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Working Hours: • Full-Time – 2 openings • Primarily weekday/daytime hours • Outpatient primary care schedule • Schedule details to be discussed during the interview Skills: • Comprehensive primary care • Chronic disease management • Preventive medicine • Patient assessment and diagnosis • Clinical decision-making • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • EMR/EHR documentation • Team collaboration
