You’ll work with React, Next.js, React Native, and Node.js to deliver scalable, user-friendly experiences that power real learning outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to bring ideas to life — from concept to production.
This is a hands-on development role with significant impact across the stack. Core Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy frontend and backend features Build responsive web apps using React and Next.js Develop mobile apps using React Native Consume and integrate APIs built with Node.js/NestJS Optimize applications for performance, usability, and reliability Collaborate with designers and product teams to implement UI/UX Contribute to code quality, reviews, and team knowledge-sharing Participate in planning, estimation, and technical discussions What We Value Strong fundamentals in web and mobile development Passion for building great user experiences Clear communication and collaborative mindset Attention to performance, design, and usability Ownership — you take responsibility for your work and results Requirements 3+ years of experience as a fullstack or frontend/backend developer Proficient with React and Next.js for web development Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile apps Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript Experience working with Node.js and API integrations Familiar with Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP) Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching (Redis) Bonus Points Experience building real-time features (WebSockets, push notifications) Familiarity with monorepo tools (Nx, Turborepo) Exposure to SaaS, EdTech, or AI-powered products Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment Compensation Competitive + Bonus + ESOPs Based on experience, skillset, and contribution.
