General Dentist / Dental Director – Los Angeles, CA We are seeking a General Dentist or experienced Dental Director to join a growing outpatient dental program in Los Angeles. This is a permanent opportunity with the flexibility to focus primarily on clinical dentistry or take on a larger leadership role based on experience and interest. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Setting: Established outpatient dental program with two locations Clinical Scope: General dentistry including restorative care, preventive services, cleanings, and emergency dental care Patient Volume: Approximately 16 patients per day Leadership Opportunity: Dental Director candidates will work a 50/50 split admin/clinical Growth: Opportunity to help expand the dental program and services Languages: Korean or Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required Compensation: $160,000–$225,000 annually, based on experience and responsibilities Benefits: PTO, sick time, CE allowance, 403(b) with 4.5% employer match, and 457(b) retirement plan This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking for a stable permanent position with the option to grow into or continue in a leadership role.
