The practice belongs to an established outpatient healthcare provider with several locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
Currently, three doctors (General Internal Medicine, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics/Hand Surgery) and four dedicated medical practice assistants work at each location. The equipment is already at a modern level - laboratory, X-ray, ultrasound, ECG - and a comprehensive renovation is planned for 2026 to ensure the premises also meet the latest standards visually. The position offers a unique opportunity to lead a well-established rural general practice into the future.
The current site manager will reduce their workload in mid-2026 and focus more on pure consultation activities. This creates a long-term stable and responsible role with genuine prospects for you.
