Airbus Helicopters Mexico serves as a strategic regional hub for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), delivering comprehensive base and line maintenance alongside specialized pilot and technician training across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Will you join us in redefining the limits of what is possible? ✈️🚁🚀 As an Facilities & Industrial Services Manager , you will be responsible for guaranteeing operational continuity and service excellence for Airbus Mexico facilities by comprehensively leading infrastructure maintenance, industrial services management, and regulatory compliance. The primary focus is to optimize employee experience and cost efficiency through strategic vendor management, infrastructure project execution, and responsible financial management, ensuring asset integrity and human capital well-being.

Key responsibilities: Infrastructure & Maintenance: Oversee preventive/corrective plans for non-production facilities, track KPIs, ensure audit compliance, and manage specialized vendors (pest control, drainage, landscaping). Warehouse & Inventory: Control stock reception, coding, storage, and system entry while optimizing logistics and ensuring material quality. Industrial & Support Services: Manage cafeteria, personnel transport, hygiene, basic utilities, office coffee/water services, and lease agreements.

Fleet Management: Administer the Airbus vehicle fleet in Mexico, handling maintenance, policy compliance, contracts, and assignments. Government & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as primary contact for municipal, state, federal, and airport authorities (e.g., AFAC), as well as industrial park administrations and associations (AMTC, AMHSA, AHMQ, PSS). Financial Control & Sustainability: Monitor weekly/monthly budgets, drive cost-reduction projects, and select high-value suppliers.

Safety & Environmental Standards: Ensure Environmental Management System (EMS) compliance, identify hazards, report structural/machine risks, and participate in emergency protocols. Project Management & Expansion: Direct infrastructure development from technical blueprinting to delivery, keeping expansion projects on time and within budget. Key Authorities: Prepare bid comparisons, schedule deliveries, manage procurement requests, validate service strategy, and authorize budget allocation.
