We have a new opportunity to join our Supporter Relations team a Gift Aid Administrator on a part-time basis for 6 months. As a charity, we predominantly rely on voluntary income, generated through our fundraising work and the trusted relationships with our supporters. Our Supporter Relations department is responsible for documenting all Supporter interactions, processing donations and being the first point of contact for the charity.

The purpose of this role is to maximise income for Bransby Horses through the accurate administration of Gift Aid and the effective management of supporter records. The postholder will ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, maintain high standards of data quality, and provide excellent service through the efficient handling of supporter enquiries and administration. Through every interaction, they will help build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with supporters, ensuring they feel valued, informed and connected to the charity's work.
