Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentationPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activitiesReconcile balance sheet and income statement accountsMaintain and analyze general ledger activityAssist with financial statement preparation and reportingInvestigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and variancesSupport audits by preparing schedules and responding to requestsEnsure compliance with U.S.
GAAP, company policies, and internal controlsCollaborate with AP, AR, Payroll, Finance, and operational teamsAssist with process improvements and accounting system enhancementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysisParticipate in special projects as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of accounting experienceStrong understanding of U.S.
