Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Construction Location: London On-site Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 OTE Type: Full-time, permanent About the role We're looking for a graduate to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, working within the construction sector. You'll be trained from the ground up - no prior recruitment or construction experience needed, just drive, resilience and a genuine interest in people and business.

This is a 360 recruitment role. You'll build your own client base, source and place candidates, and manage the full process from first call to placement.
