Job Introduction Finstall First School Hanbury C of E First School Carnforth Road School Rd, Bromsgrove Hanbury Worcestershire Worcestershire B60 2HS B60 4BS Tel -01527 872938 Tel 01527 821298 [email protected] [email protected] Required as soon as possible after interview on (Week Beg 5th Oct), our two schools require the following: Finstall First School Vacancy – Groundsperson Full year We require a hardworking and committed Groundsperson (15 hours / week – can be worked flexibly throughout each week) who will take pride in looking after our very successful and well-maintained School.

Key duties will include minor repairs, general grounds maintenance duties, routine health and safety checks and liaising with external contractors. Pay range – full year - Scale 3 - Spinal Column Points 5 – 6 Total pay - £10714 - £10884 per annum at 15 hours / week to be worked throughout the year Additional hours available for security work relating to lettings. Closing date: Wednesday 30th September; Interviews to be held Week Beginning 5th October.

Hanbury C of E First School Vacancy – Groundsperson Full Year We require a hardworking and committed Groundsperson (10 hours / week – can be worked flexibly throughout each week) who will take pride in looking after our very successful and well-maintained rural School. Key duties will include carrying out minor repairs, general grounds maintenance duties and liaising with external contractors. Pay range – full year - Scale 3 - Spinal Column Points 5 – 6 Total pay - £7,142 – £7,256 per annum at 10 hours / week to be worked throughout the year Closing date: Wednesday 30th September; Interviews to be held Week Beginning 5th October.

The roles in the two Schools could, ideally, be undertaken by the same person although we will consider applications from suitably qualified candidates who might just be interested in working in one School.
