Responsibilities:Lead multi-channel creative development across digital and print touchpoints to drive cohesive brand positioning and elevate client engagement.Direct end-to-end copy creation and campaign execution while establishing rigorous standards for clinical accuracy, annotation, and regulatory compliance.Architect data-driven strategic proposals and partner cross-functionally with creative, account, and client stakeholders to solve complex healthcare marketing challenges.Mentor direct reports and optimize agency resource allocation to ensure flawless project execution, team growth, and sustained profitability.
