The various tasks awaiting you Lead, prioritise and organise the activity of a team of nine specialised managers Create the conditions for collective success through close support and targeted technical assistance Translate strategic directions into clear objectives and monitor the team’s performance Develop skills, encourage autonomy and ensure consistent application of management rules Handle certain subscription files and contribute to technical decisions Work closely with other teams in the division and participate in cross-functional projects What makes you unique Federal insurance diploma or equivalent qualification Proven experience in corporate property insurance, with a solid understanding of subscription issues Desired team leadership experience, with the ability to make decisions Native (or C2) level in French or German, and C1 (minimum B2 level) in the other language, both spoken and written Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office) If you are also a committed, available, organised leader, proactive and demonstrate a strong customer orientation as well as a positive and solution-focused character, you are probably the person we are looking for!
