The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Group People Development Manager to lead and shape our learning and development strategy across the Group. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on colleague development, helping to build future talent, strengthen succession planning and ensure our teams have the skills and knowledge needed to support the continued success of the business.

Reporting to the People & Talent Director, you will oversee our Learning Management System, driving engagement, compliance and learning outcomes across all clubs. You'll work closely with leaders throughout the business to identify skills gaps, develop innovative learning solutions and deliver development programmes that support both individual and organisational growth. The role also takes ownership of our Group Induction Programme and Apprenticeship Levy strategy, ensuring colleagues receive an exceptional learning journey from their first day and throughout their career with us.
