* Build strong relationships with guests throughout their stay. * Assist with guest enquiries, requests and arrangements to ensure an exceptional experience. * Provide guests with information about the lodge, activities and surrounding area. * Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Maintain excellent communication with all lodge departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

* Assist with coordinating guest activities and special requests where required. * Conduct regular guest check-ins and ensure their needs are consistently met. * Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and relevant information. * Promote a high standard of service and contribute to the overall luxury guest experience. ### Requirements * Previous experience in a Guest Relations, Guest Services, Front Office or similar hospitality role.

* Previous experience within a luxury safari lodge or high-end hospitality environment would be advantageous. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A warm, friendly and professional approach to guest interaction. * Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. * Exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns. * Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and service standards.
