ABOUT THE ROLE Complete all assigned duties in accordance with Company SOPs, safety standards, and management instructions while ensuring excellent guest service and safety. Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the Spa, maintain equipment and facilities, complete documentation, and communicate issues appropriately. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality with good English communication and teamwork skills.

Diploma or Certification in hair and beauty therapy. Must be guest-focused, professional, calm under pressure, and able to exercise good judgement and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
