Requirements QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support Certificate with all modules completed. MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training is essential. Previous experience in a healthcare or care setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care. Right to work in Ireland. Willingness to complete Garda vetting and required background checks.
