Job Description What does your working day look like … You plan the deployment, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development including training You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes including pricing You create the budget and manage the kitchen accordingly in an entrepreneurial manner You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner You support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests order at the same time again.
In addition, you keep your composure even with spontaneous plan changes and ensure that every plate tastes as magnificent as it looks Qualifications Your personality counts more than your CV … You have gained leadership experience in a kitchen and speak fluent English and German You can inspire your colleagues as much as your guests.
