HEAD CHEF £45-50K CHICHESTER LIVE IN AVALIBLE The Client Our client are a popular and extremely busy countryside pub, located in the heart of the South Downs near Goodwood and the historic city of Chichester. They pride ourselves on delivering high-quality seasonal British food using fresh produce sourced from trusted local suppliers and are aiming for rosette awards within the year. The Role As Head Chef this role is ideally suited to a chef who thrives in a busy fresh-food environment and is passionate about leading from the front.
You will play a key role in menu development, kitchen standards, team leadership and helping drive the business towards Rosette-level dining standards. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a genuine impact within a privately owned and ambitious pub.
