AV Business Solutions is a subsidiary of the fintech giant Aventus Group based in Lithuania. We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as the Head of Collections.

This role is responsible for leading the collections department, developing and implementing collection strategies, ensuring compliance, and improving recovery rates.
