We are seeking a dynamic Head of English to lead our successful English Department and drive excellence in teaching and learning across KS3, KS4, and KS5., A passionate and outstanding experienced English teacher with a proven track record of success across all key stages. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of curriculum development and staff development. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
