Role: For our ROCKEN partner, a globally leading Swiss industrial group in the development, manufacture, and sales of innovative vehicles and services for clean and safe living environments, we are seeking at the beginning of 2027 an experienced, entrepreneurial, and personally convincing individual as Human Resources Director.
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational HR leadership of an international competence centre with locations in Switzerland, Germany, and Latvia and will be a member of the management team. Together with the leaders, you ensure that the right people can operate at the right places at the right times.
