The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landscape maintenance operations, team management, and delivering high-quality maintenance services for large-scale projects. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance operations, manage teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth through maintenance contract opportunities. Candidates with UAE landscape industry experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the landscape maintenance division. Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure service quality. Manage large-scale landscape projects and maintenance teams. Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Support business development activities related to maintenance contracts. Monitor operational performance and ensure projects are delivered effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to achieve maintenance objectives. Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Engineering, or a related field; 10–15 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with UAE landscape industry experience preferred. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and project management; proven experience managing large-scale projects and teams.
