What is my role? You lead our mechanical workshop and ensure that everything runs smoothly You lead your team both professionally and disciplinarily and promote the development of your employees You plan and coordinate the workflows in the workshop and ensure timely order processing You are responsible for quality assurance and compliance with all safety regulations You take care of the maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment You work closely with other departments and continuously optimise processes You prepare reports, monitor budgets and ensure an economical workshop operation What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a technical training, ideally as an industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or a comparable qualification You bring several years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing, ideally already in a leadership position You have leadership skills and enjoy motivating and developing a team You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in stressful situations and make confident decisions You are strong in communication and can coordinate well with various interfaces You have technical understanding of manufacturing processes and modern workshop technology You are confident with MS Office and ideally with ERP systems What are my benefits?
