Head of Quality Assurance in the Plastics Sector (m/f/d) Salary - CHF100,000 - 130,000 Responsibilities: Leading and further developing the operational quality assurance team Planning, organising and monitoring all quality assurance measures in the production process Conducting audits and quality controls according to internal standards and customer requirements Analysing quality issues, developing and implementing solutions Close collaboration with other departments to continuously improve process quality Ensuring compliance with quality standards, norms and legal requirements Qualifications: Completed technical training or degree in plastics engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the plastics industry Sound knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g.
