What is my role? As Head of Raw Production (m/f/d), you take responsibility for the entire raw production area You control and optimise all production processes in raw production The professional and disciplinary leadership of your team is in your hands You ensure compliance with quality standards, deadlines and budget requirements You actively drive the continuous improvement of workflows and processes You work closely with other departments such as work preparation, quality assurance and logistics Planning and monitoring production capacities are part of your duties You take care of personnel planning and development in your area What do I need to be successful?
Completed technical degree or master craftsman/technician in mechanical engineering, production technology or comparable Several years of professional experience in manufacturing, ideally in raw production (turning, milling, grinding etc.) Leadership experience and enjoyment in working with people Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement processes is an advantage Assertiveness combined with team spirit and strong communication skills Structured and solution-oriented working style Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems What are my benefits?
