You will take over the operational and strategic management of our Sports and Events department with indoor pool, outdoor pool, artificial ice rink, sports hall, city hall as well as other sports and leisure facilities. Together with your team, you ensure a professional, customer-oriented and future-oriented operation of these important infrastructures and thus make a significant contribution to the high quality of life in Bülach.
Your tasks Management of the Sports and Events department in terms of expertise, personnel and organisation with around 30 employees Direct management of four team leaders as well as a technician and an employee in the secretariat Responsibility for budget, controlling and quality assurance Ensuring the operation as well as the provision and maintenance of sports and event infrastructures Planning and implementation of projects as well as participation in strategic issues Your profile Several years of leadership experience with pronounced social and leadership skills Higher education in business administration, facility management, sports management, public administration or a comparable field Understanding of operational, financial and organisational contexts Initiative, decisiveness and a solution-oriented working style Communicative and resilient personality with entrepreneurial thinking We offer A versatile management position with great scope for design and action A well-coordinated and functioning department with competent teams Close cooperation with the Sports Office and the department management A modern workplace in the Hirslen Sports Centre Attractive employment conditions and diverse fringe benefits Training and further education opportunities Interested?
