Location DG & Service Centre / SION Sector Finance Employment rate 100% Application deadline 04.10.2026 Requirements Your mission: As a member of the Service Centre (CdS) management, you actively contribute to defining the financial strategy of the HVS and guide the employees of the various units in your department in their professional development.

You expertly manage the HVS accounting, both financial and analytical, in compliance with legislation and applicable standards. You jointly manage liquidity strategy and participate in investment planning and monitoring. You prepare various financial reports for the Executive Management and the Board of Directors. You ensure constructive collaboration with the management controllers of the Hospital Centres and the Central Hospital Institute, as well as with control bodies (external/internal).

Your profile: University degree in economics or equivalent training – complemented by management training; qualification as a finance and controlling expert, chartered accountant, or federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting; more than 7 years’ experience in a similar position; very good knowledge of accounting standards (Swiss GAAP RPC); innovative mindset and proven conceptual ability; inspiring leadership and moderation skills; knowledge of the hospital sector is an asset; excellent knowledge of French and German.
