Head Waiter / Waiter - Banquets & High-End Catering

For a client located in Isérables in the canton of Valais, we are looking for a head waiter Head Waiter / Waiter - Banquets & High-End Catering Training in hospitality or proven experience in high-end service: ideally, you hold a diploma in hospitality and/or significant experience in prestigious establishments, 4*/5* hotels, gourmet restaurants or prestigious events. Excellent interpersonal skills: you have excellent contact with customers, impeccable presentation and know how to adopt a professional, elegant and discreet attitude in all circumstances.

Attention to detail and excellence: you are attentive to customers' expectations and ensure to offer personalised, meticulous and quality service. You know how to anticipate needs and demonstrate responsiveness. Team spirit: you enjoy working in a team and are able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the service. Experience in events appreciated: you are comfortable in dynamic environments and during large-scale events (banquets, receptions, cocktails, private parties, professional events, etc.).

Energy and adaptability: you know how to adapt quickly to different situations, maintain a steady work pace and remain efficient and cheerful even during busy periods. Professionalism and discretion: you are punctual, reliable, autonomous and respectful of the standards of a high-end establishment and the demands of a discerning clientele. Ensure refined and personalised service in the dining room.

Prepare and ensure the setup of the dining room before each service: setting tables, arranging crockery, cutlery, linen and all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of the service. -Guarantee the fluidity and quality of service throughout the event Position open to all, regardless of gender.
