Health Care Support Workers play a crucial role in all aspects of care delivery for our patients.
We have Health Care Support Worker roles available within different areas across our Amersham teams which include: Waterside and Chartridge Ward Bucks Neuro Rehabilitation Unit If you require any assistance in making this application, please contact [email protected] . You will be enrolled onto a health care support worker induction programme held each month, ensuring you feel supported as you take the first steps into your new career. Please note: most of our wards operate a 24-hour shift rotation across a 7-day service. We are recruiting to full and part time hours, however for the role of a Health Care Support Worker, you will be expected to work shift patterns, which may include both day and night shifts - we are unable to offer set days/working patterns.
The minimum part time hours we recruit to is 23 hours per week, we do not provide temporary or bank contracts for this role. Day shifts typically start at 7.00am - 7.30pm depending on the ward, and night shifts are 7.00pm - 7.30am. Assessment You will be required to undertake an assessment which includes literacy and numeracy.
