You’ll be: 	 Operating various types of heavy equipment, such as an excavator, in a controlled testing environment for the entire shift (8 hours) 	 Utilizing the machines as intended, primarily digging holes at specific angle measurements 	 Providing feedback about the performance of the various types of machines This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Have hand/foot/eye coordination, with the ability to operate your hands and feet independently of each other 	 Are physically able to get in and out of the machines, grease, change attachments, replace bucket teeth, etc.
	 Have a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and accept standardized methods 	 Are willing to work in adverse weather and solitude, performing routine, repetitive, and mundane tasks 	 Are able to adhere to safety policies and procedures while operating equipment What happens next: Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
