HES/EPF Architect 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D) Responsibilities Prepare technical files and execution documents Manage tenders, submissions and awards Actively contribute to the development and reputation of the office Supervise site management and ensure smooth progress of construction sites Lead projects through all phases, from design to completion Monitor financial aspects of projects (budgets, costs, expense control) Ensure coordination between various stakeholders (mandataries, companies, authorities) Profile Degree in architecture from EPF or HES Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position; experience in project management and/or site management is an asset Excellent command of ArchiCAD software and other common software Good interpersonal skills and ease in communication with various contacts Fluency in French, with good knowledge of English and/or German Benefits Salary in line with your experience and skills Join a human-scale team fostering collaboration Work on quality, varied and stimulating projects Start date: to be agreed #Go4Perm Contact Information Please apply directly online.
