We're seeking a skilled and safety-conscious HGV Driver with a valid HIAB licence to join our operations team based in Grantham. This is a vital role supporting our transport and logistics needs across the region, ensuring timely delivery and collection of essential equipment and materials. What you'll be doing: Operating Xylem vehicles (Class 2 HGV) in a safe and professional manner Carrying out deliveries and collections of pumping equipment and related machinery across customer sites Using HIAB/crane equipment to safely load and unload goods Ensuring vehicle checks, maintenance, and documentation are completed to required standards Supporting the depot team with logistics and stock movement when required Representing Xylem to our customers with a positive and professional attitude Full UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence Valid HIAB licence/certification (preferably with experience) Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within plant hire, utilities, or construction sectors Good knowledge of load securing, manual handling, and road safety regulations A flexible and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and customer focus Xylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company dedicated to advancing sustainable impact and empowering the people who make water work every day.
