This is an excellent opportunity to practice advanced interventional techniques while maintaining strong clinical autonomy and a balanced schedule. 💼 Position Overview In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions , developing individualized care plans and performing a wide range of interventional pain procedures . You will work in a collaborative environment alongside rehabilitation, chiropractic, and therapy teams to improve patient function and quality of life.
🩺 Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions in an outpatient setting Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans Perform interventional procedures including injections and image-guided techniques Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab and therapy teams Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients on pain management strategies and expectations Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives 🏥 Practice Environment Outpatient-focused, procedure-driven practice Strong support from rehab, chiropractic, and therapy teams Collaborative, patient-centered care model Emphasis on outcomes, function, and quality of life 🎯 Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in: Pain Medicine Anesthesiology Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Or related specialty Experience with interventional pain procedures required Strong clinical judgment and team-based care approach 📜 Licensing & Certifications Active state medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA registration required BLS certification required 💰 Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $300K – $400K annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Supportive, team-based clinical environment Opportunity to grow within a high-demand specialty 🌍 Why This Role Matters You will play a key role in helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve quality of life through advanced interventional techniques and comprehensive care planning.
