Job Responsibilities: • Diagnose and manage allergic, immunologic, and respiratory conditions including asthma, food allergies, and immune deficiencies • Perform and interpret allergy testing and administer immunotherapy treatments • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor long-term patient outcomes • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications: • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Allergy & Immunology • Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain) • DEA registration and current CPR certification • Experience in outpatient allergy and immunology practice preferred Skills: • Strong expertise in allergy testing, immunotherapy, and immune system disorders • Excellent clinical judgment and patient management skills • Commitment to patient-centered and culturally responsive care • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team • Interest in program development and clinical leadership
