Summary: The High Volume Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume, hourly positions across the organization, including customer care, medical billing, warehouse, manufacturing, operations, and other non-exempt roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring an efficient, consistent, and positive candidate experience.
The High Volume Recruiter develops talent pipelines, executes recruiting strategies, and manages a large requisition workload to support organizational staffing goals. Organizational Impact: The High Volume Recruiter plays a key role in ensuring the organization can attract and hire the talent needed to support daily operations and business growth. By delivering efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes for critical frontline positions, this role helps reduce vacancies, improve workforce productivity, and maintain service levels across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, non-exempt positions across multiple business functionsPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, hiring timelines, and candidate qualificationsConduct intake meetings and develop recruiting strategies to support hiring objectivesSource, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against established job requirementsPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection processManage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets and service level expectationsExtend verbal offers and support offer negotiations within established compensation guidelinesUtilize job boards, social media platforms, referral programs, recruiting databases, career fairs, and networking events to attract candidatesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions and hard-to-fill rolesDevelop proactive sourcing strategies to support anticipated workforce needsConduct resume reviews and preliminary candidate assessmentsIdentify opportunities to improve applicant flow and sourcing effectivenessServe as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leadersProvide guidance on labor market conditions, candidate availability, and recruiting best practicesCommunicate candidate status, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics regularlyAssist managers in identifying qualifications, competencies, and selection criteriaMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking systemEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruiting processPartner with Recruiting Coordinators, HR, and hiring managers to facilitate candidate movement through the hiring processMonitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source effectivenessParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experienceSupport workforce planning initiatives and anticipated staffing demandsRepresent the organizat
