Required ASAP Higher Level Teaching and Learning Assistant Haverstock School (H3 Federation) Salary: NJC Scale 6, Term Time Only. One Year Fixed Term Contract. The Governors of H3 Federation are looking to appoint an outstanding Higher Level Teaching and Learning Assistants at Haverstock School ASAP. We are looking to appoint a colleagues who can demonstrate: An incredibly strong moral purpose evidenced through unquestionable ambition for every single student Clarity of expectation and instruction, setting high standards for themselves and others to ensure that excellent outcomes are achieved for all students, specifically those with SEND The ability to support students with barriers to learning to become successful independent learners including through leading individual and small group intervention The ability to effectively manage key strands of the school development plan Genuine commitment to teamwork and collaboration as part of an ambitious and welcoming new federation of schools The job description for the above post can be found here.
