We are seeking a talented, passionate and committed Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our friendly and ambitious multidisciplinary Community Eating Disorders Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering specialist psychological care and supporting the implementation of our First Episode Rapid Early Intervention for Eating Disorders (FREED) pathway. Alongside managing a varied clinical caseload, you will contribute to supervision, training and service development, helping to support trainee psychologists and junior colleagues.

The post offers an excellent opportunity for a psychologist looking to consolidate specialist expertise in eating disorders while developing leadership skills within a highly supportive team committed to innovation, collaboration and excellent patient care, In this role, you will provide highly specialist assessment and evidence-based psychological treatment for individuals experiencing eating disorders, making post-qualification experience in this field essential.

You will work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and across different age groups, demonstrating a commitment to equity, inclusion and improving access to services for all. Alongside direct clinical work, you will contribute to service development, quality improvement, audit and research activities to help shape and enhance the care we provide. You will also offer supervision, training and consultation to colleagues within and beyond the service, promoting psychological understanding of eating disorders and supporting the development of clinical skills across teams.
