Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first-in-class service. Generating accurate and timely site reports within our PDA system. Participating in manufacturer and in-house training to achieve the industry-recognized qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards. Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and working safely at all times. The role may include some working away from home for short periods.

Candidate Requirements A friendly and professional attitude, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, ensuring all works meet the required standards. Full UK Driving License (essential). NVQ Level 2 Plumbing & Heating.

NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating desired. Previous plumbing and/or heating experience. Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair, and fault finding would be desirable. A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies. Excellent customer service skills. Time management and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication and team working skills.
