Home Health Physician Needed in Indiana Target Start Date: As soon as credentialed Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available (Full-time, Part-time, Ongoing Contract) Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday, 7a–7p (No nights or weekends required) Call Details: No call Job Details: Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members Visits include medication and medical history review and physical evaluation (no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans) Average visits per day: 6–9 Travel support available for qualifying providers (airfare, hotel, rental car, gas stipend) Requirements: Board Certification: Required Active State License Education: Master’s degree required Credentialing Timeframe: ~6-8 weeks Location: Counties available all over the state; please inquire If you are interested or would like to be presented, please reach out to me for more details.
