Home School Liaison Officer

We are seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Home School Liaison Officer to support children whose education is at risk due to attendance-related issues. The successful candidate will take particular note of attendance issues affecting vulnerable groups, especially Looked After Children, SEN, FSM/Pupil Premium and EAL students, taking appropriate action where necessary. The role will involve assessing need, implementing effective interventions and evaluating outcomes against agreed objectives, ensuring that barriers to attendance and engagement with learning are addressed effectively.
