Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This position requires a dedicated individual who is able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary, adhering to any dietary requirements outlined in care plans. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
