This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences ; managing staff across multiple properties, ensuring operational excellence ; and supporting their sustainability ethos. Duties: Ensure world-class guest experience across all lodges Lead; mentor, and manage hospitality teams Oversee daily operations, service quality, and SOP compliance Manage FOH and beverage budgets and supplier relations Foster interdepartmental collaboration and guest engagement Uphold sustainability values Requirements: Minimum 5+ years in the hospitality industry (minimum 2 years in a managerial role at a 5-star lodge/hotel Strong leadership, communication & guest service skills Detail-oriented with financial and operational acumen Proficient in hospitality systems & Microsoft Office A calm, solutions-driven leader with a passion for excellence Ready to be part of something meaningful in one of South Africa’s most iconic safari destinations
