As our Hotel Operations Manager, you are the operational anchor of the entire hotel. You will deputise for the General Manager, actively coaching the Heads of Department across Food & Beverage, Rooms, and Host teams, ensuring commercial targets are smashed without ever compromising on the guest experience., As our Hotel Operations Manager, you are the engine of the shift. We trust you to handle: The Commercial Engine: Driving the "Big 4" (food costs, wet margins, energy, and payroll).
You will flex payroll to align with revenue, control stock processes, and avoid relying on intuition-instead tracking quantifiable application velocity metrics and KPIs to monitor your HODs' performance. The People Leadership: Acting as the critical communication channel between the GM and the operational teams. You will coach, mentor, and performance manage your HODs, fostering a culture where internal promotions from Team Leader level are the absolute norm.

You will influence the team to deliver amazing hospitality, carrying out internal audits, and ensuring ReviewPro and Mystery Dining targets are living and breathing in every single department.
